17 October 2013 We have received a big order from local supplier to supply against form H, how can we handle excise duty part as the customer will be exporting this material as it is immidiately to his buyer in other country

17 October 2013 Under CT-1 you can export the excisable goods without payment of duty under rule 19 of central excise rules 2002.
