Can we re-register in the same firm after taking the transfe

18 September 2012 Sir I would like to know if I can re-register in the former firm in which I was working in before taking a transfer. I had to take a transfer for personal reasons but I want to rejoin again. Can I join my previous firm again? Its barely been a month since I took my transfer. Sir please guide me.

But You Have to Put a Request Letter to ICAI Regional Office.
if They Say OK, Then Only You Can File Form 109

18 September 2012 A requesting letter stating the reasons for transfer? And what if they don't accept it? Then what am I suppose to do?
