Can we have Board Meeting on the Day of AGM before the Commencement of AGM ?

10 July 2009 Hello Saurabh,

Yes you can convene Board Meeting on the Day of AGM before the Commencement of AGM or even after conclusion of AGM.

But serving of notice along with agenda papers to Board of Directors is necessary as a good practice.
