Dear sir,
Please solve my query,
I am importer/exporter and I Purchase goods for export on H form basis, now can i claim excise duty from excise department.
Also i purchase goods non-excise goods.

to claim excise duty, you have to follow procedure of ARE1, under notification 19/2004CE(NT), and the manufacturer has to issue disclaimer that he is not claiming rebate on such exports. balance procedure is laid down in notification itself.
