Can we avail cenvat credit on st paid for vehicle maintince

Our firm Pvt.Ltd Co., Our MD using Vehicle and its serviced by Authorized Service Station. They give ST invoice in the name of firm. Can we avail Cenvat credit for this?

27 February 2014 Service of general insurance business, servicing, repair and maintenance, in so far as they relate to a motor vehicle which is not a capital goods will not be eligible for cenvat credit.
