Can an assessee avail Service Tax Credit if its Full Name is not mentioned in the Invoice.
For Example : - If registered Name in Service tax is "ABC Consultants Private Limited" and Service Tax Credit Invoice received is in the name of "ABC Consultants", then can that Invoice be considered as a legimitate Invoice for claiming Service Tax Credit.
