Can I take full VAT Credit

20 January 2011 we purchased item @ 12.5% & @ 5 % and sold @ 2% Against 'C' form

Can we take full VAT Credit of that purchase bill against our vat sale or Not.
Is any circular regarding this pls send .

20 January 2011 Yes you will take 100% vat credit.

20 January 2011 or sir if same condition we transfer that material to our branch .is it applicable in this case. Sir there is any circullar in vat regarding this which i show to Vat officers if they object on this .
