i m providing the services on rented on immovable property n i m charging service tax frm my clients ..so i can claim the service tax tht has been paid by in regard to electric bill n telephone bill in providing the services...n also specify in regards to which i calim the credit of service tax n how ,...

Service Tax credit can be claimed for any service availed in providing service.
If Telephone, electricity, internet etc expenses are incurred in providing service, you can take credit of service tax portion.
Even if you use excisable goods in providing service, you can take cenvat credit too.
you have to deduct the service tax/excise duty paid in input from service tax payable on service provided.
