Dear Sir,

My question is,i'm an elmployee can i claim house rent allowance & home loan.


if you suggest me, it's great help for me....

12 April 2012 Yes u can claim both HRA and Home loan if u r residing at a place other than at ur home because of employment.
Else, u can declare rental income on such home at nominal and can claim entire interest paid.
