can i be a merit-holder?

14 May 2011 i have passed my ipcc group-1 in nov2010 in first attempt with 51% marks. now if i pass group-2 in nov 2011 in first attempt with 80% marks? then can i be a merit_holder?

15 May 2011 You cannot be considered for Merit unless you pass all Groups in one sitting

15 May 2011 To be considered as a merit holder, a student must clear both the groups in one go with highest marks.

One cannot be adjudged as a Rank Holder or Merit holder unless you clear all the papers of that level (Both Groups) in one sitting, meaning thereby you will not be a merit holder..
