can i appear november 2013 term IPPC examination if i get admitted within 31 jan 2013 on graduation basis ?

but i asked in ca institute of bbsr,they denied me for that.they said that after admission it takes around 20 day to get reg. no. ,more than 1month for itt & orientation,9 month article,so that i can appear in may 2014.i am confused.what to do?
