16 August 2013 Dear Ramesh,

I really appreciate your advice. But i am aware of the fact that article ship is an integral part of the course and cann't be done with out completing article ship.
However, i was looking for an advice as to how a fulltime employee can do articleship or fullfill the requirements of articleship to get qualified for CA final exam with out leaving his fulltime job?

is there a way to do so bcz articleship is quite a long duration probably 3+ yrs of exercise.

Regards
Santosh

I appreciate your interest to do the CA. but every course has some kind of rules & regulation which need to be fulfilled at any cost. so CA has the articleship requirement of 3 years. there is no other way to come out that and complete the course and also CA is not like other degree course, it is highly professional course which having its own value, other than book knowledge during articleship only you will get the practical professional knowledge, that is the reason articleship made mandatory, so no otherway to do that

16 August 2013 Totally agree with opinion of CMA Ramesh. Quite crisply he briefed about the importance of articleship. According to you have to take a break from your job if you want to complete your articleship and get membership of ICAI. Indeed there is no escape from this long training. All the best

17 August 2013 Dear Ramesh and Ankur,

Its really a valuable advice. I had this doubt from long time and i wan not getting right advice from any where. Its really an excellent forum for career advice. I appreciate for quick response. Can i ask your thoughts on other courses which a fulltime employed person can do? The courses which has gud future prospects in the fields of accounting and more or less equivalent to CA. what about ACCA, does it have a recognition in india? Actually, i am not trying to restrict your advice only to ACCA but any other courses which you feel, would be best for me.Kindly suggest.
