Can family members Director's in same Pvt Ltd Company or is there any restrictions on family member for director ship in Pvt Ltd company

yes, they can... but New Co. Act, 2013 said that for forming any contract, the interested members or director can't vote. in simple words, a Contract between father and company need to approved by a outsider director or member
