Due to oversight Eway bill was not generated for one of our intrastate transaction amounting to around Rs. 1.25 Lakhs. The Transporter has delivered Material to Consignee on 03.03.2019.
My question is - Can Eway Bill be now generated after Material is delivered? Please reply urgently.

As per rule E way Bill should be given along with material not beyond that. If Vehicle caught by department and e Way bill not with the vehicle the Department should Charge GST Tax and Penalty.
