can entry tax charge on invoice

29 October 2010 can we charge a entry tax on invoice because the liability of entry tax is on importer but as an exporter we has to be paid entry tax at the the on entry in the state than the importer reimburse the entry tax to us.
So my question is only that can we charge entry tax on invoice.

you cant rise the invoice for entry tax

only thing you can give debit note & claim the amount
