A Chartered Accountant can form a company.
All the provisions of companys Act 1956, applies. In addition to this, the name shall first be approved from the Institute.
As the expert said, the company cannot carry on any attestation work, but can render any services of Management sercives etc., as mentioned in CA Act "under the caption Management Services"
Sir, can you tell me all the requirements of forming the company of CA's as we only want to provide management consultancy services. We dont know any matter regrading the formalities regarding the formation of the company. Please answer the above asked questions:- WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FORMATION OF THE COMPANY?
