Can additional director sign balance sheet

25 October 2011 In a private limited company 2 additional directors was appointed on 16th Aug., 2011. Balance sheet was approved and audited on 3rd sep., 2011 by signing both additional directors. Can additional directors sign the balance sheet without confirming as regular director. the AGM is scheduled to be on 26th Sep. 2011

25 October 2011 In my opinion, additional directors can sign the Balance sheet, additional directors will have the same rights as other directors.
