No leena, full time employment is not possible along with holding COP. But u can do one thing provide consultancy to the co. in which u r employed instead of being on the payroll of the co. I also had the same query some time back.

You can hold COP. But the issue is that you can not do any certification work or authentication work. In that case, the COP becomes useless. So its advisable to not to take COP unnecessary.

if employed do not enroll for provident fund and do not take salary, nor sign attendance register. take consultaion fees opting for tds deduction ( u may need to give service tax regn. number ). this way u can bepartime cop holder.
but part time cop cannot certify audit reports/ acctts nor does it count for no. of audits limit for the c.a firm. r.v.rao
