Calculation of excise duty for second stage dealer

Hello sir
one of my client is second stage dealer , He bought material from 1st stage dealer. what will be the procedure of excise duty calculation for raising invoice by the second stage dealer. Suppose he bought material 100 kg @ Rs 12 so 1200+144(Excise ) hence he will sell the material @ Rs 14 per kg so 1400+168 (Excise ) will charge or only 144/-

No need to charge excise duty after value addition. The dealer will passed the same excise duty to the buyer.
