Hi,
If current ratio =4, Working capital = Rs. 2,00,000, calculate current assets.

The two equations are:
1) CA / CL = 4 i.e. CA = 4CL &
2) CA - CL = 2,00,000
By putting CA = 4CL in equation 2,
4CL - CL = 2,00,000
3CL = 2,00,000
CL = 2,00,000/3
Hence,CA = 4*2,00,000/3 =2,66,667
1) CA / CL = 4 i.e. CA = 4CL &
2) CA - CL = 2,00,000
By putting CA = 4CL in equation 2,
4CL - CL = 2,00,000
3CL = 2,00,000
CL = 2,00,000/3
Hence,CA = 4*2,00,000/3 =2,66,667
