05 August 2017 My articleship completed on 13/07/17...My principal is not willing to sign the articleship from...I have sumitted form 108 to his office on 29/07/17 & submit form 119 on 01/07/17...I have also submitted form 119 to EIRC on 03/08/17 with a letter to the secretary for requesting him to look after the matter as I have submiited form 119 after 15 days of completion of my articleship...will that Form 119 be accepted as there is a delay of submission( in the form it is written that form has to submit within 15 days of completion of articleship). IF THAT FORM 119 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? Are there any other steps that i should take now? please guide me...as my 30 days after completion of articleship is going to end on 12/08/2017.

05 August 2017 Form 119 should be accepted in normal cases.

06 August 2017 Sir, I am trying my best to convince my Principal to sign the form....he is just saying one thing with leave he will not sign my form....my leave is about 300 days approx in my artcilship period....

06 August 2017 how are you going to deal with your EXCESS leaves? Any concrete plan?

06 August 2017 Actually I have taken leaves for various reasons....mainly for father treatment out of my wb.. When I joined in my firm I already told my Principal that my father has heart problem...now he is asking the proof that I had assisted my father in that time...I had only my father medical report...I have already told.my Principal about this....but he is saying that he doesn't want to see my father medical report...he want to see my assistancy proof...I told my Principal that I don't have any such document...and already said sorry & seek apology for the suffering he had beared for my absence if any....lastly every time I taken leave after giving him 20/25 days prior written application...sometimes handwritten & maximum times through email...I have all such communication letter...at last he is saying in a letter to me as I have submitted form 119 after 15 days of completion so it has no validity...this situation is like a mental torture to me...

06 August 2017 1 more query....as 13 the July was my last day of article ship....so due date is 28th July...but July 15,16,22,23 we're Saturday & Sunday s...so can the due date be 1st August?again there is 29,30 July which are Saturday & Sunday. So can be the new date be 3rd August???

06 August 2017 I think you are getting carried away with your original mission. I think the reason you joined articleship was to become CA. You are unnecessarily getting carried away with this issue of articleship completion. Please let me know if you want to become CA ?
