CAN STUDENT GET PHOTOCOPIES OF THEIR ANSWERSHEETS OF CA EXAMS?? I HEARD THAT THEY CAN GET IT UNDER RTI ACT...AND IF YEAS PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN SUCH COPIES??

No it is not possible to get exam copy. Work Hard for next attempt.

Yes there was a Delhi HC judgement against ICAI. As per the judgemet ICAI had to provide answer sheets. Judgement was made in favour of Vishikita Vikas Soni.but still ICAI is not in a mood to provide answer sheets.
So better study for next attempt.
