I have completed my CA 3 yrs articles but my Principal wants me to continue for 1 month further. He hasn't paid me any stipend till now and now he doesn't sign my Form 108. Please advise me what remedy i have got for it and how can i approach the institute in this regard.

Don't take decision in hurry and don't approach ICAI in hurry. Have a chat with with your CA with cool mind and figure out the reason why he wants you to do 1 month extra trainin?

First you talk to your C.A. and why he has not paid your stipend ,if you have all the proof that you are completed your Article training , then you must go to the Institute and inform about your problem, ICAI will help you .

Thanks to both of u for a speedy reply. But Please tell me what proof do i need to prove my articles. My CA has signed my exam form and service certificate also, for my Nov 09 attempt. Will that suffice? He wants me to work another month since he is gin out of town for 10 days at the end of this month.

Attendance Register, If maintained
or
Training Diary, If maintained.
Or approach to Student Service of ICAI.
Advise: It is better to work for him for more 10 days, as Complaining to ICAI will hurt you both.
Because you may be in default while training period sometimes also
