Can a CA in service take the agency of anything like LIC, Mutual Fund?

Yes a C.A in service can take ageny of LIC, MF etc. Clause 4 & 11 of part 1 of schedule 1 of Chartered Accountants Act 1949 is not apply on CA in services. Hence no professional miscunduction.
