24 September 2011 Sir Can a chartered accountant in Practice , make coaching for CA and other Professional courses . Is it alowable under CA act , online and offline

24 September 2011 A practicing CA can provide coaching to CA students and other students. But as per ICAI regulations, a practicing CA can provide coaching only till 9.30am and after 6.00pm

private tutorship is allowed, provided the direct teaching hours devoted to such activities taken together do not exceed 25 hours a week.
