Does sec number and case law name carry marks in ca final? Are we required to write those even if specifically not asked in the question.
Kindly clarify I find it difficult to remember all sec nd case law specially DT & idt.

it always carry better marks. however, not all the questions require reference to case laws. though, certain questions specifically require reference to case laws and in such questions, case law reference carries a lot of marks.
