Sir, I have cleared my IPCC 1st group in Nov,2010 and started articleship in March,2011 and cleared IPCC 2nd group in Nov,2012. I have registered for CA Final in 8th Feb,2013. When am I eligible for apeering in CA Final examination? In NOV,2013 or May,2014?
