07 January 2011 I AM STUDENT OF CA FINAL. I PASSED INTERMEDIATE EXAMINATION IN 2004.I HAD COMPLETED MY 3 YEAR ARTICALSHIP TRAINING. AFTER 5 YEAR GAP I WANT TO APPEAR IN CA FINAL EXAMINATION.
I HAVE CA FINAL REGISTRATION NUMBER FOR OLD SYLABUS.
I WANT TO APPEAR WITH NEW CA FINAL SYLLABUS EXAMINATION.
PLEASE SUGEST ME.

there is no problem in appearing for ca final exams after a gap of 5 years. u just need to visit the icai branch in ur city and tell them the issue that u r facing. they will ask u to fill up necessary forms along with requisite demand draft and will register u afresh in the new syllabus.
