As of now ICAI didn't published any Practice Manual
Practice Manual is a Comipliation of previous exams Questions of that particular chapter
As New syllabus is rolled out on 1st July and 1st exam is going to be conducted in May 2018 no PM is available as of now.

then can u help me out with few books to start studying second grp.or shall I go for outside authors as I'm giving exams after 2yrs break

ICAI material in soft copy mode is available on the website for download. Whether you are going to use ICAI material or Private Authors book, the choice is yours but your effort must begin from now on so that you are well prepared and confident for your immediate attempt.
