19 June 2014 1. except for taxation, ICAI material plus practice manual plus RTP is sufficient

2. scanners always help you to prioritize important chapters.

3. Yes, to the extent covered in study material

4. By May 2015, Companies Act 2013 should be fully applicable to CA exams. So yes Chapter III should also apply.

5. Questions come from course material plus some practical world issues too...aur kahan se aayenge?

6. self study depends on your ability. if you are disciplined enough to study regularly, self study is sufficient.
