hello sir/mam,
i m very confused,i had appeared for ca final in nov for grp2 but did not clear so will sit again for exams in may,and on the other hand i had apllied some where for a job,i got selected and recd a call from them yesterday,they r gvg gud package but the thing is to prepare for may exams i hv only 3 months,so shud i tk the job or reject it,can exam preperation and job go side by side?

you should take the job, if you could manage study during remaining hours, it's not that tough if you follow sheduled study plan
