I did my CA Inter in 2003. Can I appear CA final exams now

Yes, if you completed your CA Inter in 2003, you are eligible to appear for the CA Final exams now. According to ICAI regulations, there is no time limit on how long you can wait between passing CA Inter and appearing for the CA Final exams. As long as you fulfill all the other eligibility criteria set by ICAI, such as completing the required period of articleship and the Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS), you can register and appear for the CA Final exams.
