I have registered for Articleship from 22/09/2012 whether i am eligible for CA final Nov. 2014 Exam or not & what is the last date for exam form.

you need to complete 2 yrs and 6 months of articleship training which comes to 22.3.2015 so u will not be eligible for nov 14 but for may 2015 if u dont take excess leaves

3.1 opening words are for pe-2 students and if u from ipcc or pcc then u cannot opt these and 2 yrs 6 months training is required

But sir, it is used Intermediate word also,

yes intermediate were those who were b4 pe-2 and its not mentioning anywhere ipcc/ pcc specifically is it?

can we assume intermediate as IPCC or PCC because PE II is specially mentioned in this.

no you cannot assume because you are not. Intermediate refers to students registered in erstwhile ICAI scheme where the levels were : foundation, intermediate and Finals.
