I got the admit card but I am not prepared so I have decided to ignore the exams now my question is that if i do not sit in exams will it be counted for my no of attempt .

no, if u don't sit for even a single paper it shall not be counted as an attempt

It would be counted as your attempt...As per ICAI exams rule- number of attempts is based on due basis...so it would be counted as an attempt + absent...
