I am a CA Final student.I have cleared IPCC in May 2012.I would like to know whether the provision of giving exam after 2 yrs of articleship is applicable for me or not.If not,what will be my due date for the finals.
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

Attempt of CA final after completion of 2 yrs of articleship applicable for the students who came from the back ground of PE-II i.e you converted from PE-II to PCC or IPCC students such provision applicable. You came from IPCC so such provision not applicable to you.
And one thing we can say the eligible students for 2 yrs articleship completion and exam eligibility is now almost nill. So just you now keep in mind after completion of 2 and half years of articleship only eligible for CA Final exam. Forget about the 2 yrs completion eligibility.
