i m an article, my articleship has been started from 15-8-2011 and competion date is 16-8-2014 as per icai but can i apply for final exam in nov.2013 i.e. before competing my 2 and half year of articleship by submitting letter of service to icai
plz someone reply as i will have to join classes as per my attempt

I think You are eligible to give final attempt in May 2014 Only because as per ICAI who are completed articleship two and half years as on date of the first day of the month of exams are eligible to give attempt.

In the examination form their is a column i had completed the articleship of two and half years
Or
I would be complete the articleship of two and half years as on date of the first of the month of the commencement of the examination
we should accept the either of the above.
