14 September 2014 stipend is payable CA for permissible leave taken by article assistant or not.

14 September 2014 As per my opinion stipend is not payable during the permissible articleship leave. I mean there is no provision from ICAI.

Rest is dependent on the policy of your principal regarding payment of stipend.
