24 March 2013 Yes You can do. Once you start your articleship , you may apply to ICAI in Form 112 for permitting you continuing CS course.

08 April 2013 Apply to ICAI for permission to do both the courses at a time and if no permission is given then you cannot do. Both the courses can be done at a time if the permission has been given. Generally it is given by the ICAI provided your timing of practical training is not hampered.
