C form Not received. how to deposit balance tax and how to calculate intrest

08 December 2015 If C form is not received from any customer, then deposit the balance tax along with interest with a covering letter to sales tax dept.
Balance tax should be calculated on basic value .
Interest should be calculated @1% per month from the due date to the date of payment.
