23 January 2011 Dear Sir,

Our supplier from Delhi every time has charged 4% CST but in last Qtr. they has charged 5% CST in their bill. is it applicable for c form or not ?

Pls Help...

23 January 2011 NO, Form c not applicable. when central sales Tax charge 2% then form C applicable.
