Please tell me if party is not giving C-Form then which rate should apply on that goods , whether it is 12.5% or the rate applicable to that particular goods.

18 January 2011 the CST rate would be the rate of VAT (i.e. either 4% or 12.5% as the case may be) if the party is not giving Form -C. But also ensure that you would be liable for interest also.
