05 January 2017 i file all qtrly return of vat rajsthan and also annual return but i forgot to meintion one inter state purchses. and party want c form from me . please sugest me some solution what i do to obtain c form of that purchase . i filled my annual vat return please give sugesstion as soon as possible

07 January 2017 It should be resolved as per the Rajastan Sales Tax Act. But "C" Form will be required when there is an interstate sale or purchase. Hence, for getting C form, one should file CST Return first.
