Is there any requirement to issue c form in case of tax free purchases and purchase of capital goods outside the state.

C form is issued only when u had purchased inter state goods on concessional tax rate....

no, you can buy the same without C form too, but in that case u have to pay full tax.

in some states 0% cst is also applicable agst C form . then you can not called its tax free cst purchase.w/o c form you have to pay full tax on buying state.
