24 March 2009 In case the Suppliers sales bill of 28/03/2008 & we have accounted the purchase bill on 02/04/2008, when to issue C form?

Whether to include the same bill in C form for Last quarter of 2007-08 or in the first quarter of 2008-09

Please explain.
