19 February 2013 is it possible that any exempted product purchase from inter state on c form??
is it misuse of c form or not???

19 February 2013 Hi,
As per my view it is not possible because the CST form will be given to reduce the tax rate to 2% when the goods itself is exempted no need of C-form
