Kindly share your view over the matter.

DTA Converts into a EOU Unit (100%) now my quetions is whether the EOU can c/f the cenvat credit of inputs purchased before conversion ( Purchased in DTA status) ?

Rule 10 or 11 CCR 2004 applicable or not?
