This generally happens when u r engaged in work along with C.A. Try doing C.A. by devoting full time to it bcoz if u r preparing for C.A. along with work then ur mind gets diverted..... I think u shld try once more... Regards Komal

Dear Sir, My personal advice would be, try to finish ur CA. Forget about the time factor because degree matters a lot, not the time period. I'm sure that once you've cleared your inter, you can clear final also. Just try to put some time into studies and you can do it.
thanks a lot for all the advice .I will try once more ,i would like to appear in the first group in May '2008.Pls tell me all the reference material which i need to go thru for the said group.I am staying in chandigarh. pls guide me how to get started once more . thanks for the inspiration advice given by all of you. regards, ajay

you should go to delhi once and go to durga photostate and behind our icai head office the bookstall, there you will get lots of books which are referrals to your need , give some time there and take out what materials you require i think it will helpfull to you there you will get knowledge of books and faculties who are popular and whose books are good , choose those but according to your choice of reding
