Business law vs corporate law vs merchantile law

19 August 2012 what is the difference between business law,corporate law and merchantile law, and if one of three are similar to other (like business law and merchantile are same) can i consider my business law subject for ipcc direct admission norm which require three compalsory subject mentioned in its notification..
