Hi, dis s Chandan i'm IPCC student, i've doubt regarding Business law paper whether Case Law is necessary from the exam point of view? And also guide me how i can pass the paper easily.

No, you are not required to remember the name of the Case Laws, but case laws would be asked in examination indirectly by a simple examples
