06 October 2015 on death of father the business is inherited by son. tax treatment on capital gains if any, business income on stock transfer and deduction on depreciation. explain tax treatment on inheritance of business?

06 October 2015 I feel there is no tax on inheritance. The net value of the assets shall move to the son on death intestate.
